Hi Hagai,
— Does disabling the plugin solve the issue?
— If so, please try disabling all other plugins and switching to the default theme. If that helps, enable them one by one until you find which one is causing the issue.
With that info we can go further to investigate the issue.
Hi Dan
When I deactivate the plugin, the error stop.
My problem is that this error not occures on every click. it can display the website fine for several clicks and then out of the blue display the error.
There are no error logs anywere.
I even try to activate different plugins and it displayed the error.
example:
stopped plugins A B C D
start A – Do not display error
start B – display error after about 20 clicks
stop B and start C – display error after about 20 clicks
stop A and start D – display error after about 20 clicks
and so on.
It happens even in the admin panel.
I cannot pinpoint on specific plugin that has a conflict with this plugin.
have any idea how to solve it?
Thanks

Hi Hagai,
The issue seems related to your server configuration.
You would need to find error logs. You might be need to enable error logging first.
Also, try contacting your hosting support about the issue.
You are correct.
Although there was not a single log about it, the hosting provider increased the php memory limit and now it is working fine.
Thank you 😊
