8and14ofmarch – I am having the same issues – can’t even get to the login screen

when I login to wp-admin arabic version I got the following error:
“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/onlinemo/domains/8and14ofmarch.com/public_html/wp-config.php:1) in /home/onlinemo/domains/8and14ofmarch.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 897”
I checked the opening and closing of wp-config.php and the spaces as described in the codex ( <?php ?> ), but the problem still exist.
then I uploaded the WP-config.php English version, no error when login, but the format of the page was mixed arabic and english.
I appreciate any help.
