Endless Redirects in Firefox
-
While creating and editing posts in WordPress 2.2, using Firefox 2.0.0.6, I began to experience constant redirects to the login screen when saving or publishing a post, of course losing the content of the post. Initially, I found a database error in the wp_options table, which I repaired (perhaps a faulty index). Saving a post worked briefly, then the redirect problem reoccured. I rechecked the wp_options table, ran a couple of diagnostics on it but it was reported okay.
Attempting to open a test post, I received this:
http://www.louisvillemusicnews.net/weblog/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fweblog%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost.php%3Faction%3Dedit%26post%3D571However, logging in using IE (ick), the app worked fine. The app also worked fine in K-Meleon, though it failed in Opera !?
While I don’t mind editing in K-Meleon, Firefox is my primary browser and I would like to resolve this issue. Any ideas?
