encoding problem…

    Hi, I’ve just created a WP theme, but the encoding is wrong, somehow – while dynamic/database content (eg. post content) is okay, static html content is encoded wrong… I coded everything in UTF-8, the meta-tag is set to utf-8 (tried to set explicitly, and with bloginfo(‘charset’) ) everything should be okay… but it’s not. I’m using v2.7 What could be the problem?
