Enable WP Super Cache via Shell

I use capistrano to deploy WordPress. Every time I redeploy, I need to log into WordPress and enable WP Super Cache via the WordPress Dashboard. Is there a way for me to activate WP Super Cache via SSH? I would like to add this to my deployment recipe to automate this activation.
