Enable Webinars for Website Users

Hi everybody,

Let’s say I have a wordpress website where people can register as subscribers, and they can hold online classes for other people. Is there a free wordpress plugin, or other free software, that I could install or integrate, so my users can hold webinars?

So, my goal is not that only I am able to hold webinars, but other registered users of the site as well.
