enable javascript message on website

I can’t access my running website, I keep getting activate javascript on it and I can’t get rid of it. I downloaded javascript and activated in my control panel. I tried many things for 2 days and I can’t eliminate this message. i’m going crazy trying to fix it.Can anybody help me. Should I contact my hosting company and start over? Does AdSense cause this or any affiliates?
please help
