Hi, go to any other user to view their profile in your website. Then go all the way to the bottom of the user profile and you will see the following. Simply enable Hide settings from user.
Google Authenticator Settings
Hide settings from user <— enable this option
Is that what you are after?

Hi mbrsolution,
I would like this to be enabled for the Admins only by default. It will be too cumbersome to go to each user and make the change. Also as soon as subscribers sign up they will try logging in and I don’t want the additional authentication setup steps for them.
Thanks.

Yes, I understand and agree with your comment. Then perhaps this plugin will help you.
There is no premium upgrade to this plugin as per your question above.

The two-step authentication added by “Google Authenticator – Per User Prompt” is very useful. It is less confusing for the thousands of users on our site that have no idea what a “Google Authenticator code” is and may think they can’t log in without one. The two-step process solves this problem. Please consider building this in to your plugin as an option. And thank you for a great plugin!
And the feature of requiring this for a certain role (e.g. “Administrators”) is a nice-to-have feature of the now retired Clef plugin.
