empty sections? removal

Those are the default locations proposed by Nimble Builder to drag and drop content in your page. ( this is not related to the customizr theme ). They are only displayed when editing the page in the customizer. There’s no way to “remove” them. But if you don’t use Nimble Builder, you can deactivate the plugin and those location candidate will be gone when customizing.
