Hello,
I’ve just installed WP E-commerce and everything is set. But I have the following problem:

When I place an order, it is saved as an empty order, with no products!
Customer gets a confirmation e-mail, but with an empty list of ordered products. And when I look in the Sales dashboard, I see the order, but it says: 0 products. When I open the order, I see the customer information, but not any products he ordered.

How can I solve this?
Please help!

Can you look if you have an error log ?

You probably might have one in the main directory where wp-config.php is or under wp-content/ if you have debug enabled in the wp-config file.

If not try asking your hosting provider.

Thank for the reply. I’ve checked my error log, but nothing about this error is logged. I think because it isn’t a PHP-error.
Placing an order goes well, the only problem is that the orders are empty and I can’t see which products are ordered.
