Empty cache stuck on loading

    Whenever I try to empty the cache I get stuck on the loading screen and it never empties.

    I additionally got an email saying I have over 1 million files on my account. I believe there may be an issue with it not emptying the cache and creating a huge backlog and it won’t empty it as it is too large.

    Is there anything I can do?
