Embedding video and I.E. issues

I’m trying to embed a video from another site on my front page. It’s working fine in Firefox and Safari but, for some reason, it’s not working in older versions of Explorer. It just shows white space where the video is supposed to go.

The embedding code I get from the source site is:

I paste it into the html tab of my page, as well as adding a div style which worked for about 5 minutes today. Once I update the page, the code changes to:

I have no idea how to make this work in older (than 9) versions of Explorer.

Can someone help me? Please?
