Embedding Jquery Plugins per post

    I’m planning a webcomic, so I inmediately thought about WP. The trick is, some of the comics will be “interactive”, using various JQuery plugins.

    I was wondering how should I approach this.

    I was thinking about some sort of custom field to embed the desires plugin when needed, but maybe someone else has a better idea/plugin to achieve this?
