Embedding Flash Video???

    Directly in a post, not a link in the post to play it.
    Also, my own videos, uploaded to my site, not youtube, facebook, etc.

    Can someone please tell me how to do this?

    Every plug in I’ve tried, either absolutely stinks, or has the worst documentation EVER!

    Seriously, what is it with WP plugin developers and their inability to provide COMPLETE documentation? If I have to post on forums, and google all over the place to figure out how to use it, then it’s useless.

    I may as well, just manually make a flash video player…IN FLASH, publish, and embed it in a post every time I need it. I’m starting to think it would actually be less work.
