Embedded WordPress in WordPress

Hello,
I want have a WP Page where that page will display another WP-Site…

My organization has a lot of small projects which needs websites. So my goal is create a simple format to each of this websites and embedded them inside the main website layout… The point is keep the menus, footer, headers etc but the content be another website.

I tried iframe but when I click in a link, it goes out of main website…
