Change the size in your object code as I see that you have
width=”640″ height=”505

I cant see where to change width or height. I have pasted in the code as describe by the wordpress manual and the object get written in automatically:

go to settings->media in your admin menu
Use video quicktags plugin and set a global height and width format so you don’t have to change it everytime you post a video.
I hav tried out putting in width and height in like this and it works:
[embed width="480" height"385"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1Uvr8dUDHQ[/embed]
And I am going do some experiment on the plugin describe, kuld33p, and I will also check into the media setttings.
