Embed Code for html5?

Hello,
I am trying to embed a video from the Lecture2go portal (at my university) on my webpage. On the university website with the video (https://lecture2go.uni-hamburg.de/l2go/-/get/v/21701), it has instructions on how to embed the video, but I do not know where or how to embed this code — <iframe src=’https://lecture2go.uni-hamburg.de/lecture2go-portlet/player/iframe/?v=21701′ frameborder=’0′ width=’647′ height=’373′ allowfullscreen></iframe
Apparently, the IFrame supports html5 and flash based embed code. It is dynamically generated and includes chapter marks within the video.

It works for me if I replace the primes with quotes and add the missing > at the end
