Embed a swf index.html into a module/widget?

I’m not a web guy, I’m a photographer so I have what might be a really easy question…

I have some interactive virtual tours I have made that I would like to embed within a window on a site. I don’t know if there is a template that will allow this or a simple piece of code I can enter but I am having no luck.

Ideally, this would function inside a module on the site, not be a static image that links to a fullscreen page.

Any help would be amazing.
