Emails not being Received

I have a bilingual site with 4 forms created with FS Contact Forms as follows: a contact form and booking form in English and a contact form and booking form in Spanish. They are all configured to send emails to: info@mandelitatravel.com.
Only the Spanish forms sends to info@mandelitatravel.com address, the English forms don’t send.
My Return Path Address is Admin@mandelitatravel.com
and Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site is checked.
