You can exclude the Gettext string using the ‘Exclude Gettext Strings” feature from the Advanced tab.

For the string that are not gettext, you can use the Conditional Shortcode to display the same message in English:https://translatepress.com/docs/restrict-by-language/translation-shortcode/
