Email to blog problem

I am having problems getting my posts from email to the blog. I have setup an email address (rvblog@ranchovistachurch.com), and also setup a cron job for http://www.ranchovistachurch.com/rvcblog/wp-mail.php. I post the email and the post shows up in my email account when I check it, but I try to manually run the cron job (because of my impatience) and it says “There doesn’t seem to be any new mail”. How can this be?
