    Hi there, enjoying the challenge of setting up your plugin, i think it will get me what i need to do. Can i omit from the new lead email information like referrer, ip address, user agent etc, with the system i am trying to design all the forms will be for members of staff on private pages, setting up appointments etc and following up so this info is not needed.

    Once the lead has been converted to a booking i can then setup the client as a standard wordpress user where i am hoping i can setup automated emails (3) over a period of a year (wedding business) and setup packages available to them in their dashboard and a ticket system for support, that for me is the complete crm i need at the moment

    Hi,
    you can choose which fields are sent from Upi to your users… just enter the email notifications screen and you can define your own fields.
