    Hi Guys,
    Please help to advise since i am facing “There was a problem with this request” once trying to subscript.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @sakpon,

    As investigated on your site, your website is at http://www.erlitickets.com/ but when you try to subscribe using Email Subscribers form, website is pointing to your IP address. That is the reason you are getting the error as it is cross-site error (open browser’s console, you will see error).

    Have you migrated your website from somewhere? Please contact your Hosting and get it checked from them.
