Email notification not working.

Hi, This is nice plugin to create form. I created a form for my client But my bad luck , once someone submit form I can’t get any email notification. I would be grateful if support team fix this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you please install the WP mail log plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-log/

Submit the form and check if you can see the email in the Logs?

If so, it means the issue is related to wp_mail(), to prevent the problem you can use an SMTP plugin like the WPMU DEV Branda > Email module:

Hi, Sorry for delay. I have install wp mail log and then sent mail using form. I check wp mail log from admin dashboard but there shown nothing (No Data Found).

Could you please try the following tests?

– Switch the validation to the server-side:

If makes no difference, try to configure an SMTP for example our Branda plugin:
