    Here is a header snip, I, as the admin get:
    Subject: [Formulate Affinity] Comment: “Netgear responds, and sucks”
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    From: “First last” <>
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=”UTF-8″
    Reply-To: “mike@example.org” <mike@example.org>

    As you can see, the From: header is non compliant. You can still reply as a result of the reply to header, which makes it still work, but somehow, this bug has manifested, and did not used to be there.
