    Thanks for your message.

    An add-on for sending notifications based on conditions is in the works and will hopefully be out by the end of the year.

    In the meantime, you may have some luck with the Custom Fields add-on which will allow you to send a notification based on when a custom field has been updated. Details here: https://betternotificationsforwp.com/downloads/custom-fields/
