email message based on response

    Hi;

    Can a different message be sent based on a response provided on the orignial form? For instance, If I ask a question and it has a Response of Yes or No and based on the answer an email is sent, so Yes would send email A and if the answer is No, I send email B.

    Is this possible? If so how, please?
