Email Lock extension

Hi,

If i use this plugin and purchase the Email Lock addon, do people have to add there email address everytime they want to download something on the site?

I am looking for a solution, that a person tries to download something but has to enter there email address, once they have done that, the plugin will track their downloads and they wont have to enter their email address again.
