Email link doesn't include database results parameter value

I’ve been searching high and low for a good plugin that can add Email and Print buttons on a Page that displays database results. The URL that is included in the email needs to include the database results parameter value (ie [url]/?id=[field value]) because the link will otherwise return a blank page. I hoped Simple Share Buttons would do this, but sadly it did not.

Does anyone know if this functionality is available or could be added, or if there is another plugin around that can do this (Jetpack can’t)?
