    Good day,

    I am trialing the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin on my ecommerce store to ascertain if it will be a suitable solution for my abandoned cart follow up needs.

    I am currently setting up my initial emails prior to implementing the plugin and I am encountering an issue with the correct display of certain elements.

    In the email body I have added my store logo at the top of the email and centre aligned the image, however when the test email arrives in my inbox the image is left aligned.
    Text view coding:

    In addition to this, I am also trying to use a button format on my cart checkout link but this is also not working
    Text view coding: <p style=”text-align: center;”> Return to Checkout</p>

    Can you please provide feedback and a solution to the email issues I am encountering in your plugin?

    I have tried to submit this to your support link for direct feedback, but I’m not able to submit and receive the following error code: Error Code 5540

    Hello @campcraft,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The plugin uses the default WordPress Editor for email editing. So it should not happen, actually.
    Can you please let me know if you have added the image in the anchor tag? If yes, can you please remove and check it with the div tag?

    Similar to this.
    <div style=”text-align:center;”>

    </div>

    Are you using any image optimization plugin or something like that? If yes, then please check by disabling it?

    Regarding the return to checkout text, in the text view the URL should be
    Return To checkout

    Let us know how it goes.
