Email Distribution Plugin

I’ve looked around a quite a bit and can’t seem to find a plugin that does what I want to and I’m hoping the community can point me to something I may have overlooked. I’m looking for a plugin that does one or both things:

Registered users can email all registered users from their email system. For example, if they were using Gmail or something like that, they could email an address that is really a distribution list of all registered users and these messages would be archived on the site along with ending up in the email inbox of the email address that the users registered with. This is the first preference.

If not the aforementioned idea, have a page on the wordpress site where registered users can email all registered users and once again, the messages would be archived on the site.
