EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR

    Hello,
    when I first enabled Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP, my site was able to send emails. But now the SMTP plugin is showing this error on the dashboard. 

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.5.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

Mailer: Other SMTP
SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    Also, whenever I am trying to send emails from Frontend form, a loading wheel keeps spinning but nothing happens.

    How can I fix it?

    Hi @soad2609,

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    Basically, when the loading wheel keeps spinning – the plugin tries and tries to connect to the SMTP host you’ve specified but could not and eventually times-out. This usually happens due to the incorrect SMTP settings you’re using.
