• Hello!

I tried installing your plugin to test the outgoing SMTP connection from my webpage server to the zoho.com service and I’ve been getting “email authentication error” when I try to send an email.

    Here’s the diagnotic test results:

    OS: Linux hv2svg030.neubox.net 2.6.32-673.8.1.lve1.4.3.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu May 5 16:06:47 EDT 2016 x86_64
    PHP: Linux 5.5.37 C
    PHP Dependencies: iconv=Yes, spl_autoload=Yes, openssl=Yes, sockets=Yes, allow_url_fopen=No, mcrypt=Yes, zlib_encode=Yes
    WordPress: 4.5.3 es_ES UTF-8
    WordPress Theme: Onetone Pro
WordPress Plugins: Debug, Limit Login Attempts, Postman SMTP
    WordPress wp_mail Filter(s): wp_staticize_emoji_for_email
    Postman: 1.7.2
    Postman Sender Domain (Envelope|Message): shine.com.mx | shine.com.mx
Postman Prevent Message Sender Override (Email|Name): Yes | Yes
    Postman Active Transport: SMTP (smtp:tls:login://smtp.zoho.com:587)
Postman Active Transport Status (Ready|Connected): Yes | Yes
    Postman Deliveries (Success|Fail): 5 | 7
    Postman PHP LogLevel: 5000

after having a (long and excruciating) talk with tech support I showed them the server is blocking the connection to the SMTP server warning where it says it’s instead connecting to the other server and Trace results.

What I would like to know is that, based on this information, what would we need to do to have the problem fixed. Thanks in advance.
