• Hello. Please I’m having issues with my cpanel emails. My site was built with WordPress, and I attached some mails to the domain. But each time I send a mail, it’s flagged as spam especially when sent to a Gmail account. It keep saying “authentication” among other things. I’ve asked my hosting company to validate my SPF and DKIM which they’ve done and both are valid. I’ve even connect some emails to one of my Gmail account but it’s only receiving mails and not sending. I’m really confused, can anyone assist? Thank you.

What do you mean by “cpanel email”? Is the mail being sent by WordPress going OK? If not, try installing an SMTP plugin.

I meant email attached to my domain. Such as “info@domainname.com”

Like I said earlier, I’ve connected the emails to my Gmail account and it’s still not working.

I hhave smtp linked to my WP form for application form which is working perfectly by delivering submitted applications into desired email.
