Thanks for mentioning my plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-status-notifier-lite/) I am working on completely supporting wp-job-manager.
I use post-status-notifier-lite for admin notifications and it works perfectly with wp-job-manager

oops, it seems that did not work anymore.
I’ve created a job post and a rule at creation on p-s-n but no email recieve though my email adress is good.
Strange because it worked for a while and i have made no modifications recently. Maybe a third-plugin conflict 🙁
It works with my second rule “delete post”
So might be something with post status on my first rule.
In order to receive a mail at job post creation (before admin validation), do i have to set status after to “New”, “en attente”, or something else ?
