Can you check and confirm that your form has a field with the field label set to: Name
When you set up the email action and click on the dropdown labelled “Add Field Response To Email Content” do you have an option appearing as: Name

Looking at the third screenshot, I can see NOM in the subject and NOM in the email content. Does that mean the issue is now resolved? If not, please explain again where the issue is.

Oh that is odd. Yes you are supposed to receive the info in the email.
What I would suggest is deleting everything in the email content box, then clicking the “Prefil With Email Template” button – this will ensure the values are correct.
If this still doesn’t work, I’d be happy to log in and have a look. If you are happy to create a temporary administrator account for support@digitalarm.co.uk I’ll be able to find out where the problem is.
Just did same result, even try with chrome and firefox
Not sure yet how to create temporary administrator (never done yet), let me find out how and get back to you…

I just mean an administrator account that you delete afterwards 🙂
We will be adding an export feature in a future version which will help us troubleshooting issues but for now I’m not sure what else to suggest without having a look.
I am hosting with GoDaddy i got multiple customers under same account, for security reason cannot do that , but i am available for a Teamviewer session …
I guess i can live with that bug until you solve it anyway info is store correctly, because i like your products…
