Elementor templates not available

Hi,

Like a few others I’m having a problem with not being able to find templates.
I’ve tried syncing, and tried deactivating all other plugins and switch to a twenty seventeen theme as has been suggested in previous posts, but to no avail. I’m using Elementor 1.9.2 and am desperate to resolve this.
