Editor Preview Could Not Be Loaded

Elementor editor doesn’t load when trying to edit a page getting the following message:
“The preview could not be loaded”
Only on Chrome 71. Works with Firefox.

I’ve tried the following:
– All steps outlined here: https://docs.elementor.com/article/245-preview-could-not-be-loaded
– Reinstalling Chrome and removing all data
– Incognito
– Disabling all plugins
– Deleting caches
– Rollback back to 1.9.8.
