Editor Permissions

Dear support,

I’m wondering if it is possible to change the permissions for your plugin to allow editors to activate, and manage the notification on the site?

I’ve tried to follow some examples online, and got so far by allow editors to view and make changes within the settings screen, however when it comes to actually saving the setting I receive the following error from WordPress;

‘Cheeten uh?’

Any help on how I could accomplish this, would be very much appreciated.
