@michaelv123, I dont’ understand what are mean by these:
* “a bunch of results” — do you mean “Respondent results”?
* “want to change the working” — what do you mean by “working”? Working what?
* “Is it possible to edit them ” — what them? Tests, tests’ results or respondent results?
Both test’s results/scales/answers can be deleted. Also respondent’s results too.

@michaelv123, yes, you can update/delete/rename them.
In case you change some result, that already used in another test — those test will be affected and new updated title/description of result will be shown on result page.
Juts try all possible actions and you will see what happening.
