– Which sign up options are you wanting to change, in the plugin or MailChimp?
– What changes made in MailChimp are not reflected in the plugin after refreshing the data via the Update List button?

Where is the update list button? On mail chimp or wordpress?
I changed the sign up form at Mail chimp but can not find how to get the changes on to my workpress site.
And the ‘what are you interested in’ buttons don’t show up on the ipad app.

Thanks for posting again. Once the desired changes have been made to the list inside of MailChimp, you’ll need to update the list data that the plugin has access to. To do this, log into the WP Admin page and then head into the plugin settings. There, you’ll want to click the “update list” button at the top of the plugin settings page, like this: http://screencast.com/t/X4Y2yD0RnUr0 This will refresh the plugin with the most up-to-date list settings from MailChimp.
As for the iPad app, it sounds like you may be referring to one of our mobile applications, which is a little outside of the scope of this support forum.
