Do yo use a javascript that changes the size of your page (e.g. to full screen)?

Additional information
The theme I am using is a modifed version of ‘Classic’ so as to integrate it into an existing web site.
If I change the theme back to ‘Classic’ – unmodified or the default Kubrick theme, then the problem goes away.
Can anyone suggest what has inadvertantly gone missing or been changed to create the problem I have?

That’s not what I asked. So I’ll ask you again: Does your theme uses a javascript to maximize the window size to full screen if a normal visitor loads your page in a not-full-screen window? Like this theme: http://www.newwws.nl/
