Well, from this, I’m wondering if it’s only me who can see it. When I log in and click edit profile, it tells me I’m a consultant. Do you mean that no-one else can see that apart from me? I haven’t actually looked at it not logged in.

You mean that “I make my living using WordPress” and “Add me to the consultants list” are checked?
Just uncheck them 🙂

No, they aren’t checked. All of the options are unchecked: I use WordPress at Work, I make my living using WordPress (also not correct) and Add me to consultant’s list – all unchecked.
However my profile reads:

The last two pieces of info are incorrect.

Are you certain they’re unchecked? I can’t reproduce that, and when I look at your profile, I don’t see any of that (even as a mod, I can’t see those fields for anyone, by the way).
You can look at my profile – I don’t have them checked and they don’t show up.

I have the same problem. When I first created the profile, I typed in NO for making my living using WordPress and being a consultant. (I should have just left the fields blank, but there are no directions for input.) When it updated, it showed the information: I make my living using WordPress AND I am a WordPress consultant. So, I updated the profile, but these items were and are Not Checked. How can I turn off the make my living and consultant information? I have a PDF of the page showing my profile with these descriptions listed.
