It isn’t possible to move the signature count on the form, however you can add the petition count as a shortcode anywhere on your site.
There are 4 shortcodes for displaying parts of the plugin
[emailpetition id="1"] - display petition
[signaturelist id="1"] - display signature list
[signaturecount id="1"] - display signature count
[signaturegoal id="1"] - display signature goal
Of course, the id will relate to the actual petition ID and is shown on the petition list page.
Yep I saw that but what about the whole signature widget with the goal and percentage?
Edit – sorry just saw the top bit where you said that isn’t possible.
