• Hello! I am using Ultimate Member to host users on my web page. When they go to their profile, there is an option to edit their profile information by clicking the grey gear and selecting the ‘Edit Profile’ option. I was wondering if there was a way to change the wording of the options in the drop down menu when you click the grey gear. I.e. I would like ‘Edit Profile’ to read ‘Course Outline’. Is there a way to change this wording?

    Hi @ofmftest,

Yes, it is possible by using Poedit and adding new strings as a translation of the current “Edit profile” string. You can find ultimate-member.po file on your server/wp-content/languages/plugins folder.

Hello! Thank you for the response. I am not that familiar with building a website/coding/plugins and am having a hard time executing this. I do not have a server download of my website so I cannot go to any folders and find “Poedit”. I guess the first step is to backup my website onto my computer? Not sure how to do that – but it seems once I have, the “Poedit” application will be there? When I started this website I just plugged information in and kept going. I did not know you had to/could have a server with files on your computer!! If you have any info on getting that saved, that would be great. Thanks for your help.
