Edit order and export data

    Im nnot sure what the official way to export my order data, and how do I edit order extra add-ons, this seems to have charged recently and broke my export and order confirmation emails are also missing order details

    Now ewhen I export using advanced export plugin i don’t see any of the customer options now

    regarding editing order I open order and I see options when to edit I switch state from Processing to “Hold”

    the Addon options then disappear.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    Addons are saved as order item meta. You can retrieve it if your export allow you to export order item meta.

    About your second message. Could you please send me a video where I can see how I can reproduce the problem?

    Also show me the addon configuration under YITH menu. In this way I can try to reproduce it on my local installation.
