What entry page?
What theme?

Buttons in the upload/insert window do not display. Also visual option does not work. Have deactivated all plug ins and have also reloaded the Word Press version 2.9.1. Theme being used is the default theme
Solved the problem by installing the Dean’s FCKEditor For WordPress plug in. this replaces the Word Press editor which seemed to be the root cause of the problem.
