    i ran into this as well, but following the fix on https://rocketgeek.com/blog/wp-members-3-3-0-update-issues/

    Go to Settings > WP-Members and select the Fields tab. For each field you want to allow the user to edit in their user profile view, check the box in the “profile” column. Then from the bulk action menu, select to save settings, then click “Apply”.

    did the trick!

    Install the 3.3.0.2 update, which contains a critical update for user profile update.

    thanks airdrummer did that and it worked as temp fix for me too. The plugin author contacted me to suggst that so top marks to him.

    updates plugin to latest version 3.3.0.2 and all good, happy days
