Edit Function On Images Changed/Not Available – Why?

    Howdy.
    I have been digging on Gateway for over a year.
    I am working on a post, and it appears as if the option to edit image orientation has changed and or been removed. In the recent past, I could insert images, and then click on them, and an edit icon would appear in the top right, where I could then edit the image, and or orientation of image(s). Including setting in mosaic tile formation etc. I have been scratching my head for an hour.
    What am I missing.
