Edit Coupons function disappeared

I understand that your Edit button for coupons has disappeared, is this correct?

For clarity, are you using the built-in coupon management at Marketing > Coupons, or are you using a plugin for coupon management?

In order to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of the following:

• System Status – which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

Additionally, please can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

Thanks for sharing the Status report as well as the screenshots!

After testing this on my staging site, I am unable to reproduce this issue, as the option to edit the coupon is available on my end, as seen below:

What happens if you click on the coupon itself? Are you able to edit the coupon from the next screen, image reference below:

If not, please share a screenshot of what you see on this screen?

As a first step, I’d suggest performing a conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing this behavior.

How to perform a full conflict test:

• Clear the site cache
• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Check to see if the option to edit the coupon is available.

If the issue is no longer present, it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate the theme and plugins, one by one (gradually) until the cause of the issue is found. More info about running a conflict test can be found here.
